Christmas is over

The holiday is over and I am back in Lund. Unfortunately, I still got fever and I'm tired of lying in bed all the time. But now I am atleast able to think clearly.. =).
Our web page for our digital dinner is done. However, we need to change some things because the things we wanted to do wasn't really possible. Not all team members had done what they were assigned to do, so now it must be about to change. Now that some modifications are required, we as designers have to reflect on what kind of information we really need, according to Löwgren & Stolterman. As there have been som changes and we aren't able to do what we had in mind with our solution, we must now go back into the process (not completely but to make a few changes). As Löwgren & Stolterman says "the design process is almost always a social process, and as a social process, it has to be managed and organized. All people involved need to know ahat to do....the design process must therefore be seen not only as a process of thinking, but as a management challenge as well." - as if I didn't already know this =).
Now I've got some work to do.
